The course is all marked. My clothes are laid out, my drop bags (that I can leave along the course with spare socks, dry shirt, rain gear, etc.) are packed. Time to go to bed and dream of running - fast & far!

Life-Cise FB page. I'll try again, but there seems to be some problem. My brother will update the Life-Cise FB page, though.
